- My views on new Karizma ZMR -

CONSUMER BEING FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY CONTINUES...

Many bike enthusiasts were waiting for this bike. Everybody was Hoping for a blast from Hero Honda(HH) but as usual, it failed to do that. This company should stop borrowing technology or should I say engines from Honda and stop producing bikes above 125cc. Another crap from HH and it has done the same thing that it can do best. Yes, cosmetic changes or should I say decorating a bike from here and there and NO upgrade in engine.
This bike even has its Punch-line "Above All"... what the f*#k???

We can call this bike Karizma-Fi...coz it has PGM-Fi technology from Honda(obviously). Recently was a big flop in Glamour.

With all type of sensors(that are practically of no use) and rear disc brake, borrowed or should I say 'copied' pearl white paint scheme and golden front shock absorbers from RTR 180 , headlight looks like suzuki GS150R (atleast to me). front fairing (that looks more like a cheap aftermarket custom job) and ZMR looks like Hayabusa's, the rear portion same as Karizma-R and Tail light from CBZ-Xtreme. This bike looks XTREMELY ugly and out of proportion.
THE ONLY UNIQUE thing which I found is its Digital speedo...looks very cool and HH's hard work shows in it with RTMI (Racing Throttle Mission Impossible)...

For those of you who wants to say that it has increased 0.9 bhp from the previous karizma, so let me tell you that if you fit PGM-Fi in a 7bhp machine it will be able to produce 7.5 bhp easily.

So this new bike will not be able to change anything for HH and for others. Other bike manufacturers can relax now and don't have to worry about this disaster. This bike is not gonna fetch big money for Hero honda.

All and all, if you want to spent above 1 Lac for this Junk, don't u dare to do that. You can get 17.3 bhp power,Rear Disc brakes, white colour scheme and golden coloured shock absorbers in RTR 180, Better Looks and Wider tyres in Fazer, 21 Bhp power, rear disc in Pulsar 220 DTS-i (also with Fi), International Brand, Oil cooled engine, Better looks and Rear Disc brakes from Yamaha R15, Better choice for touring, oil cooled engine from Avenger 200 Dts-i, A bigger engine (more cc), more respect and attention from Royal Enfield Bullet.

Hope you will Make the right choice...

Drove us crazy, made us Mad !!! (Suzuki GS 150 R)

I was just watching TV last week and than I came across this ad. Yeah, its been here for quite a while and I was thinking of writing about it from the very first day I saw it but I forgot about this ad. Now this time I decided to blabber about the ad of Suzuki GS150-R.
But let us know about the company first. Suzuki is here in India for quite a long time. For those of you who don't know about it; Yes, its true. It had a kind of Joint venture with the TVS company. But its pretty hard to survive like Hero Honda and be the market leader. Thats why TVS-Suzuki and Kawasaki-Bajaj failed.

Now about the ad. Anybody remember the ad "No problem" of suzuki samurai??? It was one of my favorite ads and I still remember it. Since Suzuki Re-entered in the market, this company is not doing any good for itself as well as for consumers. If you remember the ad of Zeus, all I remember about the ad is that was a Crap ad. Just following it, comes another rubbish ad from Suzuki.

The ad start with a girl saying to the rider "Drive me Crazy". And rider tries to do that or somewhat actually manages to do that with this bike. First of all, emphasis on looks has been given on this bike. But this bike is a mixture of all the other bike of this segment. And what is the Sixth gear doing in a 150cc bike with 13.8 bhp which is nearly lowest in the segment. In the end of this ad, some drums from the ongoing truck "accidentally" fall downs and comes in front of the bike but Rider stops the bike with the help of front disc brake and both of the rider and pillion manages to miss those drums. Not even a single drum touches any one of them and not even the bike. And the "overjoyed lady" says in the end "once more". And the shit ends.
The bike is as rubbish as the ad and its a commuter-tourer bike. So it might be liked by the executives but I havent seen more that 10 GS150-R on road. Maybe this explains that the bike as well as the ad of it is a Big Flop and fails to drive us crazy, rather makes us crazy enough to buy another bike.
